Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices white bread (crust removed)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. crumbled bacon or diced ham
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 c. milk
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch (preferably Corning Ware) pan.
    Layer bread slices (packed tightly together), Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, meat, mushrooms (optional) and Cheddar cheese.
