Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box macaroni
    1 large green pepper
    1 large chopped onion
    4 carrots, shredded or grated
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
    Add vegetables and mix well.
    Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Add to macaroni mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
