Parmesan Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. red potatoes, washed and quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Add garlic, cheese, cream, salt and pepper. Mash potatoes until smooth.
