Microwave Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. margarine (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Cover. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Reduce power to Medium. Microwave 10 to 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff with fork before serving.
