Scallops St. Jacques - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sea scallops
    5 oz. white wine
    3 slices shallots (or equal amount of scallion)
    2 medium tomatoes, skinned, sliced and seeds removed
    2 mushrooms, sliced
    2 oz. unsalted butter
    1 oz. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. Gruyere cheese or Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place scallops (whole) in saucepan. Pour wine over and cook for 5 minutes.
    Drain scallops, saving wine liquid for later.
    Put in an ovenproof dish.
