Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 pieces celery
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. elbow noodles
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Fry the hamburger with chopped onion, bell pepper and celery; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
