Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, grated
2 small bell peppers
2 bunches green onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can bamboo shoots
egg roll wrappers
meat (chicken, shrimp or steak), cut in small pieces (as much as you would like)
Preparation

Cook meat pieces until all the water that cooks out of it evaporates.
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry until transparent.
Wrap small amount in egg roll wrappers and deep fry. Serve with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice and almonds (Rice-A-Roni brand).
