Nancy Mcginn'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 cans minced clams (drain 1 can, keep juice in 1)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
few shakes of thyme
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. cooking wine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. large mushroom caps, stems chopped finely
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add spices, clams and chopped stems.
Add wine. Simmer 10 minutes.
Take off heat.
Add bread crumbs to desired consistency, then add cheese.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
