Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    flour
    fat or cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, eggs, milk, onion, cornflakes and salt and pepper all together.
    Form into patties.
    Roll in flour and brown in fat.
    Place patties in baking dish.
    Cover with mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Bake at 310\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
