Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. black raspberry or blueberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can blueberries and juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve hot water and Jell-O.
Add blueberries and pineapple. Let congeal.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Beat smooth.
Spread over salad.
Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup pecans.
