Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage
1 large onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
2 celery stalks, grated
salt and pepper
3 pieces cold toast, grated into crumbs
1 egg
1 pound ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
16 oz. water
Preparation

Separate cabbage leaves and place in boiling water until pliable.
Mix all ingredients, except cabbage, tomato sauce and water, in mixing bowl.
Fill each cabbage leaf with some of the meat mixture and roll up.
Place in baking dish.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serves about 4.
