Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
2 c. blueberries
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, soft butter and egg.
Sift together 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mix and milk (alternating).
Fold in blueberries.
Mix together with pastry blender the sugar, flour, and butter until coarse.
Sprinkle on top of batter and bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
