Apricot Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried apricots, ground fine
    1/4 c. orange juice
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients, except nut meats in double boiler for 30 minutes, stirring often.
    Add nut meats.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Cool.
    Form into small rolls or balls and roll in powdered sugar.
    If first sugar is absorbed too much, sift more sugar over the balls later.
