Zesty Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red-skinned potatoes, cooked and cut into cubes
    1/4 c. dry milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. frozen green beans, thawed
    1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Combine dry milk, water, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well mixed. Combine potatoes, green beans, bell pepper and onions in a large bowl. Add milk dressing from small bowl and toss well to coat. Refrigerate until chilled.
