Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in each of 12 foil cups.
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla flavor and sugar until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Blend well.
    Add mixture equally to each foil cup.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
    Top with jelly or preserves or your own fruit choice.
