Blueberry Crumb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Prepare shortbread crust; preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
    Reduce speed to low, beat in flour just until combined;
    with fingers press dough firmly onto bottom of 15 x 10 1/2 jelly roll pan to form crust.
    Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
    Cool slightly on wire rack.
    While crust bakes, prepare blueberry filling.
