Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups bananas, chopped
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup nuts, chopped
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and salad oil.
Stir until moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
