Potatoes With Creamy Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    4 c. cooked and sliced red potatoes (do not peel)
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a skillet.
    Add flour, salt, and dill. Stir to mix.
    Do not let this mixture brown. Stir in buttermilk and cook until mixture thickens slightly.
    Add the cooked potatoes and mix. Taste and add more salt, if needed.
