Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 medium white onion, chopped fine
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serves 6.
