Pat'S Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, finely snipped (about 3/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and milk; stir in dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper.
    Mix well; stir in sour cream.
    Spoon into an 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
