Pasta With Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced
    3 green peppers (strips)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (16 oz.) cans plum tomatoes
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    8 oz. spaghetti
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Slice sausage and cook until brown on both sides.
    Remove and drain.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil and the onions and cook until golden. Add peppers; cook until soft.
    Add garlic; drain and chop tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
    Add sausage, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Remove cover and simmer until liquid thickens, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti and serve with sauce.
