No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, applesauce and vanilla and blend well.
Spoon batter into 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
