Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except nuts and cherries.
Blend on low speed 15 seconds.
Increase to medium and blend 30 seconds. Stir in cherries and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured mini bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
