Cocktail Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a 2 to 3-quart pan, stir water and butter over medium-high heat until butter is melted.
Add flour all at once, stirring until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball (about 2 minutes).
Remove from heat and cool briefly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cheese.
