My Holiday Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, cut up and cooked until almost tender
    1 head cauliflower, cut up and cooked until almost tender
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower in salted water; drain well. Saute mushrooms in butter for a few minutes.
    Juice will come out of mushrooms.
    Keep this in pan.
    Add your cream cheese, cut up. Melt on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Add lemon juice and milk; stir well.
    Fold in broccoli and cauliflower. Place in greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
    You may top with buttered crumbs, if desired.
    We like it best without the crumbs.
