White Sauce(One Cup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and dash of white pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
