Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 c. hot milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.
    Combine ingredients, folding in egg whites last.
    Place in a loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with creamed peas over the sliced salmon.
