Pork Chops Men Love - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chicken and rice soup
Preparation
    Dredge chops in mixture of the flour, salt, dry mustard and onion powder.
    Brown chops in oil in skillet.
    Place browned chops in crock-pot.
    Add soup (no water).
    Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours.
