Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. oil
    4 pie shells
    1 lb. crawfish
    2 medium onions
    green onions
    2 medium diced potatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Make roux with flour and oil.
    Add all other ingredients except pie shells.
    Season to taste.
    Cooke 1 hour.
    Add mixture to 2 pie shells.
    Top with other 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
