Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef short ribs or chicken
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Combine all ingredients, place over top of meat.
    Cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover, bake 1/2 hour more.
    Can use lamb riblets or chicken legs also.
