Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (approximately 2 oz.)
Preparation

Saute beef in skillet with onion, garlic and green pepper until beef is light brown and onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon off excess fat. Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips or Fritos.
Serves 10 to 12.
