Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 jars Jr. baby food carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in well-greased sheet cake pan, 8 1/2 x 13, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
