Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 medium to large onion, sliced
1/4 c. ketchup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides in skillet.
Top each chop with a slice of onion.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, checking occasionally to make sure that chops do not stick.
To serve, arrange chops on platter and pour sauce over top.
Makes 6 servings.
