Roast Stuffed Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    cooking oil
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 eggs
    2 rabbits, dressed
Preparation
    Saute the onions and celery until onion is browned.
    Mix these with bread crumbs, spices, garlic and margarine.
    Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Stuff the rabbits with this stuffing and sew them up.
    Roast on a rack in a roasting pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
