Apple Crisp(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Place
apples
in 8-inch pan (microwave-safe).\tCombine sugar, flour
and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
Combine remaining ingredients
and mix until crumbly.
Place on top of apples. Microwave on
High 2 1/2 minutes.
Turn dish 1/4 turn and cook 2 1/2
minutes
more.
Turn dish 1/4 turn and cook 2 1/2 minutes more.
Check to see if apples are tender.
Cooking time may vary with ovens.
