Whole Wheat Bread Or Rolls(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. very warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. honey
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. honey
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix well warm water, yeast and honey and set aside.
    Cook milk and flour and stir over low to medium heat until begins to stiffen.
    Mix salt, butter, honey, eggs and flour well.
    Add milk and flour mixture.
    Stir hard or beat, adding yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Cover and let set for 1 hour.
    Punch down and let rest for 15 minutes.
    Knife the dough and shape into loaves or rolls.
    Just add enough flour to the pastry sheet for shaping.
    No need to knead too much.
    Grease loaf pans.
    Brush loaves with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until browned well on top.
