Shrimp And Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 small can shrimp
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine and refrigerate several hours.
    Serve with fresh vegetables or bread.
