Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, almond extract, egg yolk and flour. Chill. Roll out. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 10 minutes. Adjust temperature and time as needed. Frost with Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting.
