Cheesy Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    cheese Ritz crackers
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat stick of margarine and Cheez Whiz in casserole dish.
    Add drained vegetables.
    Cover with cheese Ritz crackers or grated Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
