Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry jello (regular size)
1 (8 or 9 oz.) pkg. low calorie whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened (this can be low calorie)
Preparation

Bring water to boil with sugar and pineapple.
Add jello, stir well until dissolved.
Let set until it begins to congeal.
Fold in whipped cream, pecans and cream cheese.
Chill until firm.
