Moist Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
