4 Alarm Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed pork meat
    1 chopped onion (large)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can peeled tomatoes, mashed
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    10 roasted, peeled hot chilies, mashed
Preparation
    Saute pork meat and onions in bottom of 6-quart Dutch oven (nonstick) until well browned.
    Turn heat down and sprinkle flour over meat and stir in.
    Add 4 cups water, mashed tomatoes, mushrooms and chili.
    Stir to mix and allow to simmer for 2 hours until flavors mix well.
    You can add more or less water to suit yourself.
    Serve alone or over your favorite burritos or eggs or great over omelettes.
