Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In skillet or Dutch oven (12-inch), bring 3 cups water to boiling.
Add potatoes; return to boiling.
Reduce heat; cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Drain; return to pan. Add oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender and brown, stirring occasionally.
