Five Minute Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
4 c. blueberries
2 deep dish pie shells
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix sugar with cornstarch; stir in water.
Add 2 cups berries. Cook until thick, stirring often.
Cool.
Bake pie shells.
Put 1 cup berries in each shell.
Pour cooked filling over berries. Cool.
Serve with Cool Whip.
