Caramel Toffee Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened at room temperature
    1 box caramel cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. almond brickle bits
    3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine softened butter, cake mix, eggs, and water. Beat until smooth.
    Stir in brickle bits and chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough from spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    I make each mound of dough about the size of a golf ball. This makes a good size cookie.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
    Remove from cookie sheet onto rack to cool. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
