New Orleans Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    6 stuffed olives, sliced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt
    pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice and cool.
    Cut shrimp in half.
    Mix shrimp, rice, vegetables and lemon juice.
    Now, add remaining seasonings and mayonnaise.
    Stir carefully.
    Serve with crisp greens.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and boiled egg quarters, if desired.
