Easy Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain and put in casserole dish.
    Stew chicken breasts until cooked.
    Cool, bone, skin and cut meat into bite-sized chunks.
    Put on top of broccoli.
    Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.
    Spread on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs and margarine mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    May be refrigerated prior to baking but will need to bake longer.
