Pork Roast With Orange Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 (5 lb.) pork loin roast
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Mix salt, m.s.g., thyme, dry mustard and ginger together. Place roast on rack in roasting pan. Rub spice mixture on pork roast.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours (or 30 minutes per pound) or until meat thermometer registers 185\u00b0.
