One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/2 c. warm milk
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Let rise in mixing bowl until approximately doubled in bulk.
Place on floured board and knead.
Make into rolls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.
