Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. molasses
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix sugar, butter and eggs together. Add molasses.
Add soda to buttermilk.
Alternate buttermilk and flour to other liquids.
Bake in loaf or Bundt pan until nicely browned.
